TurnupTruk is an all original roots, rock, reggae band with an experimental sexy edge. Their funky stage presence always takes you on a journey and keeps you dancing as their songs flow right into the next rootsy jam.
Based out of the Western North Carolina region, TurnUp Truk (formerly known as: Blunt Head Trauma) has been together close to 10 years now. Lead singer Tim Alimena, hailing from our own Morganton, has won song writing competitions as well as had his music played internationally. With his band TurnUp Truk, you will be in for an extra treat, as they bring a heavy dose of soulful, heavy hitting ear candy.

"Heart-breakin' Country Harmonies and Raging Old-time Fiddle Tunes"- That sums up Locust Honey in a nutshell.
The trio, made up of Chloe Edmonstone, Ariel Dixon, and Meredith Watson, came together in Asheville, North Carolina, and rapidly assembled a repertoire of old-time fiddle tunes, vintage country duets, and bluegrass influenced three-part harmonies that skillfully blend their very distinct female voices.
