Spend an evening learning about the haunted history of the area during the downtown Morganton Ghost Tours. The 1.5 hour-long outdoor tour tells of strange sightings, folklore, and local history dating back more than 500 years. The Morganton Ghost Tour was developed by paranormal expert Joshua P. Warren, who documented unsettling events and bizarre history. The Ghost walk through downtown Morganton will put participants in the Halloween Spirit.
The tours are scheduled for October 23rd, 24th, 30th and 31st with tours beginning at 6:00pm, 7:00pm, 8:00pm, and 9:00pm. Tickets are $5.00, in limited quantities (Limited to 15 people per group). Tickets may be purchased at the Main Street Office, located at 112B West Union Street. No on site ticket sales will be offered so call now to reserve your space!
The Ghost Tour will begin at the Historic Burke County Courthouse next to the Sen. Sam Ervin statue. Be sure to dress warmly and comfortably, as these tours occur after dark. Masks and Social Distancing required.
