Pigmaster's BBQ Challenge

The town of Rutherford College is hosting a Kansas City Barbeque Society sanctioned competition that will consist of approximately 25 competitors from all over the Southeast. The event will be a Master Series Sanctioned Contest that requires the teams to cook 4 types of meat (Chicken, Pork Ribs, Pork Butt, and Pork Brisket). There will also be an additional dessert round featuring Mooneshine as a nod to the local South Mountain Distillary on Friday night of the competition. The judging will be done by KCBS judges on Saturday.
