Throwdown Jones brings the hype this Friday, June 15th at the TGIF Concert! Bring your chair or blanket and enjoy this free performance on the Historic Courthouse lawn. Food and beverage vendors open at 6:00pm offering a selection of dining and drink options. Then music starts at 7:00pm.

Throwdown Jones is one of the fastest-growing Rock N' Roll Party/Cover/Original Bands in Western NC and originally formed under the name Acoustafix in 2007, the band continues to thrive today, performing at large outdoor festivals, bike rallies and continuously packing out clubs all across Western NC.

This is no garage band here, kids. These are seasoned, talented musicians who want to recreate music the way it was meant to be: Live, loud, vital and with no apologies...With a heavy emphasis on vocal harmonies, thick acoustic/funk grooves and thumping electric numbers, Throwdown Jones pride themselves on twisting the average, boring, everyday cover songs into new, crowd-jumping show-stoppers, sure to keep the party kicking all the way to Last Call and beyond.
